HPS Group's commitment to CSR

Aware of the challenges of sustainable development, the HPS Group has placed Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) among its strategic priorities for the past fifteen years. Today, this responsibility is even greater for our group in the face of the acceleration of the adoption of digital payment and the resulting evolution of regulations.

Environmental, social and governance issues are increasingly important to our shareholders, but also to our customers, employees, partners, and local communities. HPS Group must be able to respond to these challenges effectively and responsibly to ensure its long-term viability. This is why we decided at the beginning of 2022 to give a new impetus to our CSR policy. We have therefore taken the necessary step back to reflect on the future of our group beyond our concerns about commercial and financial performance. As part of our participatory approach, we decided to involve employees in all these sustainability issues. The dissemination of our values to our teams is an integral part of the process and allows us to meet collectively in a sincere and human project.

Our transformation program has aroused the enthusiasm of all employees and mobilized all energies within our group. Led by the Presidency, the HPS Group's CSR policy is driven by a dedicated team and a network of employees who ensure the relay in each of our subsidiaries. Over the next decade, we will strengthen our CSR strategy and implement more measures to improve our contribution to sustainable development.
